Cloudflare Workers

Best for: Serverless deployment with minimal maintenance.

Deploy OpenClaw on Cloudflare’s edge network. No servers to manage, automatic scaling, and pay only for what you use.

Pros:

  • Zero server maintenance
  • Global edge deployment
  • ~$5/month base cost
  • Built-in DDoS protection

Cons:

  • Telegram can be less reliable because of container hibernation
  • Cold start delays (1-2 min on first request)

VPS Deployment

Best for: Full control and the cleanest self-managed path for Telegram.

Deploy on your own virtual private server with Vultr, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, or other providers.

Pros:

  • Reliable web access and Telegram
  • Persistent storage
  • Full SSH access
  • Static IP address

Cons:

  • Monthly hosting cost ($6-24)
  • You manage security updates
  • Basic Linux knowledge required

Managed Hosting

Best for: Hands-off deployment with zero DevOps.

We handle the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Web chat and Telegram are the live public paths today; Slack and Discord are still coming soon.
