Troubleshooting

This page is the fastest place to start when your bot is not behaving the way you expect.

AI Key Problems

Invalid key

Check that:

  • you pasted the full key
  • the key is still active
  • the provider account still has billing enabled

If the dashboard says the key is invalid, replace it and test again in web chat.

Web Chat Problems

If web chat is not responding

  1. Confirm the bot is active
  2. Check Alerts and Timeline
  3. Retry with a short message first
  4. Contact support if the issue continues

Telegram Problems

If Telegram stops responding

  • make sure the token came from @BotFather
  • message the bot at least once from Telegram
  • complete any pairing or approval step shown in the dashboard
  • re-check the saved token if the bot never responds

Trial Or Billing Questions

If you are unsure where you are in the trial:

  • open the dashboard billing area
  • review the billing guide
  • contact support if the state looks wrong

Repeated Alerts

If alerts keep returning after a restart, the issue usually needs a closer look. Send support:

  • the alert title
  • the bot name
  • when the problem started
  • any file or config change that happened shortly before
