Shared Room

The dashboard has one main chat space. You can use it in two ways:

1. Talk to one bot
2. Open the shared room for more than one bot

When To Use The Shared Room

Use the shared room when you want:

• more than one bot available in the same conversation
• to switch between bots without leaving chat
• to upload a file once and let the selected bots use it

How It Works

• Pick the bots you want in the room.
• Send a normal message if only one bot is selected.
• Use @BotName if more than one bot is selected and you want to direct the reply.

Example:

@Support Bot summarize this customer issue

Shared Files vs Bot Files

• Shared room files are available only inside the shared room.
• Bot files stay with that individual bot.

This keeps each bot private while still giving you one shared chat area when you need it.

Good Default Order

1. Start with one bot in browser chat
2. Add a persona if you want a ready-made starting point
3. Use the shared room once you have more than one bot and want them in the same conversation
